Welcome baaaack. Another week another hoot of a convo; a follow on from last week where Leece was talking about exercising to her cycle. This week we had the pleasure of chatting to the amazing "@yourmonthly" (that's her Instagram handle), dietician and women's health expert, Sara. Sara's passion lies in teaching women about female sex hormones and the role they play in our health and our lives, and in learning to celebrate our periods rather than will them away.
