Right now our freedom to go out without second thought, shop with an abundance of food on our shelves, see our friends and fam, go to concerts, shows, travel, run businesses, etc is being disrupted. And I’m hearing noise that we’re fkd off about that! 

Just remember that each of us have a part to play in slowing down this virus so it doesn’t overrun our healthcare system and medical professionals. Humans feel threatened when something is being taken away from us and right now it’s our freedom to do as we please and live our lives as normal. —But right now we could do with a tad more gratitude and reflect on all the times we had full shelves of food, to have the choice to do as we please, that business ran seamlessly to keep us fed, clothed and entertained. 

We need to do our part to slow this fkr down whilst keeping the spirit of humanity alive by keeping our heads in check and focused on what matters, eg, keeping yourself and others safe through hygiene measures and distancing when required to help out our medical systems. 

This shall pass but we all have our outer and inner work to do during this time.
