Chronic foot pain can feel debilitating at times, but the good news is there are options out there to improve our foot health and rid ourselves of pesky foot pain. In this episode of The SavvyCast, my good friend (and cousin), Kristy McKinney, joins me to discuss how to fix foot pain.
Kristy dealt with foot pain for almost 25 years, and after being educated about foot health, she has zero pain in her feet! Kristy received her gait guru education from Gait Happens with Drs. Conley and Perez, and she has participated in many case studies alongside physical therapists and clinicians to assess people’s feet. Since most foot pain is caused by ill movement patterns, Kristy is trained to examine your movement patterns to find a healthy way to restore your feet to health!
Here is what we discussed in this podcast episode:
Kristy is available to do virtual and in-person consults, so no matter where you are in the world, she can assist you!
