If you have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and would like some guidance on managing your symptoms with natural therapies, then this episode is for you.
I am joined by guest Alissa Frazier, who went from being labelled as having aggressive MS and “giant” lesions on her brain to having very few symptoms today. She used her diagnosis as a wake-up call and refused to accept medication as the final answer. Now she combines her experience as both a patient and a practitioner to create individual holistic protocols that help her clients improve their symptoms, feel better in their body, and create a healthy lifestyle that they love.
Alissa is the practitioner and blogger behind LissMS. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and AIP Certified Coach. She works remotely with individuals 1:1 remotely who have Multiple Sclerosis and other neurological disorders.
She combines her experience as a patient and practitioner to create individual protocols that help her clients improve their symptoms, feel better in their skin and create a lifestyle that improves their health and the life they love.
She is based near Boston, MA and lives with her husband and 3 cats. She loves being outdoors and can usually be found hiking or lifting weights.
