• How to feed those three competitors into ChatGPT or Claude to spot the exact gap in your own marketing
• Why this is modeling success, never copying, and where that line is
• Step two: the honest conversation about what marketing you're truly doing, not what you think you're doing
• Why "I tried Instagram and it didn't work" usually isn't true, and what social media is actually for
