This week Brian and Harrison skip the entree and go straight to the main meal... Collingwood Magpies legend, former Sydney Swans National Recruiting Manager and great mate of BT's, Ricky Barham.

Ricky is a life member of 2x AFL clubs after a stellar 10 year career as a dashing and skilful wingman for Collingwood (playing in 5x Grand Finals) and 21 years playing various roles at the Sydney Swans, primarily their National Recruiting Manager. Barham played a pivotal role in putting together Sydney's 2005 and 2012 Premiership teams. Ricky and Brian met when BT joined the pies 85', they've been good mates ever since and now spend their days going fishing and sipping lattes in Lorne, VIC.

Brian and Michael first met when a 17-year-old BT walked into the Richmond FC doors, the next few years caused headaches for Richmond selectors as the pair playing similar positions came into their prime. Through it all, they were and still are, great mates. They exchange some cracking stories and memories from their days at Tigerland. We thank Michael for his time.

Next, the boys are joined by a man who Brian likes to refer to as; 'the best hairdresser in the world', Rod Cutler. Rod grew up on the outskirts of Melbourne in Chelsea, Brian and Rod first connected at the Prahran Football Club in 1991, during that time Rod was fast becoming one of Melbourne's most sought after hairdressers and with a thirst for more he took a chance and moved to the Big Apple (NYC). After a few years of honing his craft and building his reputation, Rod went out on his own, 20 odd years later, he is now at the helm of a hairdressing empire. Cutler has several salon's across New York and another in LA, a range of both consumer and B2B hair products and has cut and styled the hair of some of the biggest names in showbiz (Paul McCartney, Emma Watson and Liza Minnelli to name a few).

Rod is as passionate as they come, he has an insatiable energy and to his credit, has stayed profoundly humble despite his lofty achievements and distinguished company. We thank Rod for his time.

Next, the boys are joined by AFL legend & mental health advocate, Wayne Schwass. Wayne played 282 games across his illustrious, 14-year AFL career, amassing; 282 games, 3x B&Fs, a premiership (1996), an All-Australian, NMFC Team of the Century and NMFC Hall of Fame. Despite his many great accomplishments on the field, it is Wayne's personal journey with mental health and the work that he is now subsequently doing in the community that is most impactful and admirable to us. As the founder of PukaUp, (a social enterprise dedicated to mental health, emotional wellbeing and suicide prevention) Wayne is starting the conversation and helping to change the narrative and stigma surrounding mental health.

This is the most raw, emotional and sentimental conversation we've had on the podcast, not only referencing discussions around mental health broadly but also the sometimes 'complicated' relationship between father and son.

We are grateful for Wayne's dedication to his calling, his bravery and his incredible perspective. We're glad he has found his purpose.
