Next up, we're taking a deep dive on toxic masculinity with radio host Will McMahon. 

You might know Will from Will and Woody or even celebrity apprentice, where he has spoken openly about his experiences with depression and how it has been impacted by toxic masculinity.

We touch on how toxic masculinity isn't specific to men, and actually affects every one of us, where it stems from, what it looks like in the real world and what we can do about it to change it on an individual and a societal level.

Firstly, we'd like to clear up Laura's teenage crush on Hanson, because it seems like some of you have misunderstood...

1. I hooked up with a guy twice from Tinder in January. It wasn't the best time, it wasn't the worst. I messaged him after it and he never replied. 

Now, months later he's messaged and I didn't reply because I know that I should have some standards. He's followed up with "are you home?"

My question is how much should you chat with someone when it's just been casual sex? How long 'between drinks' is too long? 

2. I've been with my partner for 4 years and we've recently been trying to spice up our sex life. He loves it when I wear lingerie and costumes, which I am also open to. But for some reason I feel so silly when I present myself to him in the costumes! He's very complimentary, my self esteem is good, so it's not that I feel self conscious. How do I become more comfortable in dress up?

3. It's been 7 weeks since my partner and I have seen each other ( we've both been away). I decided to send him some hot nudes and his response was just "great." Now correct me if I'm wrong, but I expected a bit more of a response and it's leaving me feeling a bit rejected and disappointed.

1. I went on a date with a guy and things got pretty handsy at the end of it. He wasn't very good at pleasuring me, and he has a really small package. He has a good personality. I'm not sure if I want to go on another date with him. What do I do?

2. My work friend is a terrible parker and the other day she scraped one of our colleague's cars. She has asked me not to tell them. Now there's been a big all office email go out and the person is absolutely livid that no one is owning up to it. Should I out her or just stay out of it?

3. For some reason I have gotten the sudden 'ick' for my partner. Everything went from being really healthy, with a good sex life and now for the past 6 months, I've lost my attraction, drive and desire for them. I don't want to think I'm a shallow person, and I'm not sure why this has happened. Please help!

While competing in a 100km ultra marathon in the Kimberely region of NT in 2011, Turia encountered an out of control grassfire. Trapped by the flames, she suffered burns to 65% of her body.

Turia went against the odds, surviving the fire and facing the next challenges head on. She’s gone on to write three best-selling books, coach over 40,000 people, be a motivational speaker, compete in the Ironman World Championships, walk the Kokoda Trek, build a business and mother 2 children.

In this chat we speak about expectations and the happiness trap.

We speak about her partner and the guilt she felt towards him.

We also chat about the little things that we can do in our everyday lives to feel more successful and a sense of joy.

1. I've developed feelings for my close friend. They have a partner. I don't know what to do from here because my feelings are growing stronger and I think there's a real spark between us
2. After 1.5 years of being single, I still haven't slept with, been on a date or hooked up with anyone else. I have no feelings for my ex. I have had the opportunity to hook up with people on nights out, but I'd honestly rather go home and eat maccas. I'm wondering if I'm becoming asexual or if I'll ever want to be intimate with anyone again
3. I was swiping on a dating app when I stumbled across one of my friend's boyfriends.

Do I screen shot it and send it to her? Or do I just stay out of it?

"If I get kidnapped on this trip, will you come and get me?" was the last text that Jessica Buchanan sent to her husband before she was kidnapped by Somali Rebels.

In today's episode we were lucky enough to chat with Jessica about her harrowing and heart wrenching story of being a humanitarian aid worker before being kidnapped by Somali land pirates. She was held captive for over 90 days before an elaborate rescue mission from SEAL team six, the same team that found and killed Osama Bin Laden, were sent in to rescue her. 

In our conversation with Jessica, she tells us what the experience was like for her. the conditions that she had to live in and what played on her mind each day. Jess speaks about the mental and physical battle of survival and the resilience that this unbelievable story has given her.
