Some people are born writers.
They write stories as soon as they learn how to put pencil to paper and they daydream in fantasy and complex story plots.
Angela Ford started writing at the age of 12 and between then and age 18, she wrote 5-6 novels over 70,000 words each.
She's recently undertaken a huge project that will have her publishing one book per year for the next 10 years.
But, what about the rest of us?
What about the people who know that there is a book inside of them but don't know where to start?
Angela may have been born to write but when it comes to the rest of the book publishing process, she had to use good old fashioned hustle!
Angela knows that when it comes to publishing a book, writing is just one piece.
You have to write, assemble it, and get it in front of people, and when you're starting out with no audience or a very small list, that can be even more daunting.
In this podcast, Angela shares everything from killer writing and mindset tips to her top strategies for making sure your next book sells.

While the second option sounds amazing, the journey to get there can be rocky.

Steve was in search of finding his purpose over and over through his journey and in his 25 years of experience in creating businesses - including owning Liquor.com.
He went on to discover a process anyone can follow to find their calling in life and actually pursue it.

What you'll learn in this podcast:Finding freedom in business and adventure life isn't just a tagline.
It's not fancy marketing.
It's the filter that I use to run all my ideas and potential projects through. If something doesn't create more freedom or adventure in my life or help you to achieve more freedom and adventure in yours then it's a non-starter.
Last week I asked you some big questions: What does financial freedom mean to you? What does it really look like? And how will your business look in five years with that in mind?
This week (in the last Fresh in Fifteen episode before I take a break for the summer!), I look at an important part of financial freedom - how to fire yourself as CEO from your own business.
You've heard the names:
Tesla, Uber, Amazon, Netflix - the list goes on.
They are companies that are impacting the world and changing the way we do ordinary things with extraordinary solutions.
While building a business has never been easier, creating a successful business may never be tougher.
It takes a sharp mind, acting fast, and finding a balance with confidence and skepticism in everything you do.
That's what today's guest is here to share with you.
Rod Drury is the founder of one of the most successful cloud-computing account software solutions available, known as XERO.
He's here to share his journey of learning and triumph so you can apply his findings to your business and life.

One thing that I love so, so much about running my own business is the endless potential, possibility, and opportunity that comes my way.
On any given day, in amongst my well planned out objectives, there are fortuitous moments for me to embrace and run with.
Of course, the downside to that is that once in awhile you end up in a situation where you've embraced a bunch of amazing opportunities and they're starting to pile up.
And maybe, if you're in my situation, some of the systems that your business life depends on start to act up at the same time.
Yikes.
So, as I've been going through this over the past few weeks, I had to check in with myself and consciously switch my perspective.
I had to get remind myself of my bigger vision in life, why I do the work I do and for who, and to remember to be grateful no matter what.
It would be really easy to fall down the rabbit hole of negativity but I made a choice - I chose to stop negativity in its tracks.
In today's Fresh in Fifteen episode, encouraged by an article I read by Matt Mayberry, I look at that exact process and give you my take on his three suggestions to create a winning and healthy mindset as well as a handful of other tips and tricks to help you overcome or avoid your next mindset pitfall.

As you may know, I recently launched a campaign to preorder my new book The Freedom Plan. So many people generously pledged and we hit 228% funding in 30 days.
One of these people was Gareth Foster, a New Zealand founder of Private Box who shares my same values and desires for freedom. He pledged the 'sponsor a podcast episode'.
So today we get to brag about his cool service that allows you to access your paper mail online, from anywhere!!
Private Box is a mail forwarding company that lets you live where and how you like. They offer street and PO Box addresses in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch (New Zealand).
They can send your mail anywhere, scan your mail to email and can even answer your phone calls for you!
You can get a 30 day trial at www.privatebox.co.nz/freedom
A little background on Gareth - he built his first computer when he was 12. Started his IT degree at 19, got bored, travelled for 2 years (to the UK). Finished his IT degree and a friend came to him with the idea about Private Box. So Gareth built it, then went off traveling again (to Ireland) and 4.5 years later he bought Private Box 4.5. He's also a fellow freedom fighter! You wake up in a rush, late for your first appointment, and feel like you can’t get enough done each day.
For most entrepreneurs and Freedom Fighters, this can be the case.
It’s unfortunate, but there are a few key things you can do in order to get our life and business back under control.
No one knows this better than today’s guest.
He’s been killing it with his daily podcast since September 2012, is crushing it these days on Snapchat, and most recently created his first physical product to help you gain control of your life and accomplish big goals – called the Freedom Journal.
None other than Entrepreneur On Fire’s John Lee Dumas is here to share with you his process for tackling your day and even your biggest goals.

We are what we believe, think, and choose.
Crazy, right?
It's both scary and powerful because, on one hand, we're in complete control and have the power to create whatever we want. On the other hand, if we let our thoughts run wild and don't check in to make sure we agree with them, we could be inadvertently creating the exact life we don't want.
When we were younger, we didn't really get to choose what we were exposed to. But, as we get older we do get to choose. We get to stop our thoughts and beliefs in their tracks and question them, challenge them, and change them to align with what really works for us.
In today’s Fresh in Fifteen episode, I look at Cynthia Howard's 4 Steps to Master Your Mindset and chat about how to apply these principles to life and business.
