February 19 everything below the knee is a write-off
my knees are great but have you seen my feet?? i lost a toenail and i have bunions. i’m not a horoscope girl unless we are talking about how amazing pisces are. "your 20s" as a brand has one of the best publicists ever. discomfort is usually a sign you’re setting a boundary. it only goes up from here, i promise.

January 29 mel walker: don’t be the best, be the only
mel walker is a multi-hyphenate creative with her finger on the pulse of what really matters to brands: the story they're telling and the world they're inviting you into. she creates some of the most eye-catching social content for your favorite brands - including rhode, kylie cosmetics, fenty beauty, salt & stone, aritzia & nike, summer fridays, dior beauty, and more. there’s something so innately “her” about her videos - which she says is exactly the goal - that you always know when it’s a mel video. we talk about what it’s like to work with your partner, throwing sh*t at the wall until something sticks, the rise of ai and how it can negatively impact creativity, and why being original will always take you farther than being the best.

Sometimes you laugh at life. Sometimes life laughs at you. Sometimes you accidentally start a podcast after years of being a failed actor turned internet famous dog mom turned content creator (ew) and for some crazy reason people still call you the "All That" girl (It's been 20 years guys, seriously). Christina Kirkman is just trying to get to the punchline before she dies. Think she can do it? (Don't answer that).
