Check out this conversation I had with Lily Allen~Duenas. During this conversation we discuss Lily's journey through yoga that has led her around out the world learning and teaching. Lily's Bio:
My name is Lily Allen-Duenas and I am a yoga teacher, holistic healer, vegan nutritionist, and  meditation instructor. And I’m all about collaboration, compassion, connection, and community.

I’m an international yoga teacher and the founder of the Wild Yoga Tribe. I’ve taught yoga classes and workshops in surf hostels in Sri Lanka, hotels in Bali, and wellness centers in the Philippines. And I sat at the feet of masters, monks, and gurus all along the way. Now, I’m building a community rich in diversity, curiosity, and heart-centered connection. Are you looking for a community?
