I interview special guest Nutritionist Megan Pfeffer in this episode of the Meat Medic Podcast.

Megan is a nutritionist specialising in lipoedema, lymphoedema and so much more, and she takes an evidence-based low carb and ketogenic approach to how she helps her patients. She is also a published author and published researcher and is about to release her second book in which she seeks to educate patients and doctors on the importance of lipoedema, low carb diets and how to interpret blood tests.

We speak about her work and her own personal health journey which started all of this off for her.

Like myself Megan is a fellow carnivore and has found it worked fantastically to cure her carb addiction, and she is also now experimenting with cold therapy just like I am to further boost her metabolic health.
