With most clients being online coaching that have 7 day whatsapp support- how do you go about holiday protocol with them, how does it work.. would you extend their program to match the time that you are away if they're not able to contact you while you are away, or what would you do? I don't really know how to play this on
How would you recommend about speaking to clients that paused the gym at the begining of lock down. But chose not to continue and potentially ex clients aswell?
Looking to get some day time slots filled with clients/classes. I know this isn’t a busy time for everyone but would like to market it. Do you have any advice?
I want to run a 6 week group based challenge following my 14day. Not sure what this looks like, would it just be an extension of the 14 day challenge plus training programme and more in depth check ins? Or if you could give me an example of what a 6 week challenge entails that would be awesome. Just me overthinking online coaching again I'm sure. I need to plan content better for social ans now that I'm running a group want to make sure I'm so up enough on both l, normally do it I one go but feel like spliting down on 2 days will better, less overwhelming and manageable.
Planning out my online coaching as a group intake. Any advice on delivering this and the logistics as I have no experience e.g. onboarding window, length etc. They'd still have individual trackers, programmes, check ins etc but use the Facebook group for weekly modules and form checks. Thanks!
How would you move a current client from a typical pay per session to a more hollistic hybrid service? Got a longtime client not really in my TM on this kind of thing but would prefer a monthly rolling charge rather than per session. Feel I can provide a much better service this way too.
2 questions this week - 1) If you got to the consultation stage with someone and you start to realise that they aren't a good match for you, how would you recommend explaining that to them without knocking their confidence given that its probably taken the quite a lot to ask for help in the first place? Im guessing this is where having a good network helps so you can refer out? 2) What are your thoughts on physical/assessments for people who's goal is just fat loss? I do them, but sometimes it feels a bit off looking at someones shoulder mobility for example when their goal isn't performance related - Cheers guys!
Have people enquiring about my business but not converting them, tips? In terms of your TM, would you say 20-35 year old males and females who are generally either looking to build muscle or lose fat and tone is specific enough? Trying to make it a group I can more relate to and going off insights / survey feedback
Should you put breaks between challenges and if so how long
