Better quality programming any advice
When onboarding 1:1 leads how would you deal with session availability. I don't want to work evenings which won't work for some leads. Would we establish this early? I should know their work hours from the pre-consult form.
I sometimes feel that my message on social media is patronising, how can I figure out if landing or not? This maybe a stupid question sorry 🙈
How long would you say to spend on content creating for Instagram etc?
So must course is run a bit like PTMA, u get 2 webinars a week n a check in. But what do u do if folk aren't getting involved as much as ud like? On last course I messaged them all individually but in order for me to scale this when gyms go back its not possible. So how do I keep them on track without messaging individually?x
1. Is it always necessary to do surveys for market research? What are your thoughts on running 'experiments' and learning from those instead?; 2. What other courses are you planning to run for PTs in the future?; 3. 3 top priorities to make a PTs life easier/avoid burnout?; 4. What industry trends have you seen come and go Vs ones that are here to stay?
Do you think weekly check ins need to be done live i.e. Zoom etc or would they be better and more time efficient to do them from a form and then sending feedback via video/ email?
How would you go about transferring face to face clients to online How do you relate your core values to your business and do you reflect on them often?
