Questions covered this week;
After my free month trial for online coaching I obviously would like people to stay with me and to start paying monthly for my service. Do you have and tips of how to professionally say … “ok that trail done, do you want to start paying now?” Any ideas on how to keep more confident clients in the business after the 3 month term?How do I put across the benefits of having things like programming long term, when they feel confident they can do things alone.
Do you think it a good idea when on onboarding in a my service with a seperate goal setting call after the consultation ?
What tools can you use for client interaction in your groups
How would you set up a refferal programme for current clients?
How would you deal with managing a high volume of cold leads from the gym, that don't fall into the type of client you want to work with? I try to keep in control of my lead gen by talking to people on the floor and building relationships to improve the quality of lead etc, but I end up filling my spaces with these colder ones. I have my pre-consult and consult in place, which does a good job of weeding out the time wasters and those I take on are a better quality of client then the ones before I took on before I had this process in place. But I'd still rather be taking on people that I've built more of a relationship with and know we click.
Is there an element of accepting that you're going to have to take on clients that you don't necessarily click with?
Do you have any tips for starting a fitness blog? I'm going to start one to build authority & awareness, solve my ideal clients problems and hopefully get email addresses, leads & sales from it. Do you have any do's and don'ts for writing a blog?
I am thinking of doing a 8-10 week weight loss challenge (online coaching) but I am worried about the pricing of it and how I should market for it. I am thinking of doing it as a challenge but with a set programme so it is not personally designed for the client, if that makes sense? My aim is to get at least 5 people to do it to begin with then hopefully build it up in the future. Any advice on this would be much appreciated.
When asking clients for feedback, would you do it as a google form with questions to make it specific or ask for more of an open response?
How to increase engagement in FB groups
Any questions fire away to [email protected]
