I have my new 4 week programme starting off the back of my free challenge after Easter. This one is Nutrition, the next will be Movement and the 3rd will be Lifestyle. All are 4 weeks long and during each one I will be doing free challenges to feed into the next one and also allows clients in each group to move onto the next programme. I also want to offer all 3 for purchase as a complete package. My question is, as I am rolling out Nutrition now and Movement and Lifestyle are yet to be rolled out, should I wait to have the complete package as an option until after they have all been rolled out as 4 week programmes? I have everything for each programme ready to go so it could be available now just not sure which way to go with it. Hope that makes sense!
I have noticed engagement going down in my group lately. I think part of this is due to people returning to work, but also due to my clients getting bored of the group. Any tips for approaching this? I know some of the guys will still be using the group while not engaging as much but I would still like to see them get involved more. I have considered doing some live webinars but I'm not sure what topics to do them on and I'm worried not many people will actually watch them.
With a facebook client group- what do you do if that client leaves you, do you then remove them from the group?
Can you recommend any courses for working with Pre and post natal courses? . I’ve had few clients start with me who have had children within past 12 months or are due.
How do you not get overwhelmed by everything i massively struggle with this and find myself losing my shit? Thanks for your work lads its nothing to do with what your doing its what im doing !
I am planning to move to a new city. Any advice for keeping current clients and starting in a new place.
If I have been undercharging and devaluing my business should I gradually increase the price or just do it and what should I say to my clients.
What are your non negotiable questions for a weekly and a monthly review?
If I have a clients that's doing group pt as a two but the gym rules don't allow it. What would you suggest in this situation
Best way of dealing with payments when client has illness/bereavement that prevents them from training for longer than 2 weeks? Obviously will continue to support them with rest of the service but don't want to do 'make up' sessions if they've had to miss a month of training for example.
When it comes to group coaching what 5 things would you say are absolute musts e.g welcome pack, programming, fb group etc
How do I close the sale for someone that seems to have been on the fence forever! It's so close yet so far!
How much would you charge for a full online coaching service? Currently just charge per session and want to move to the wider service for better experience for me and the clients.
How would you bring this up with current clients you've not seen during lockdown? They've been busy with working and I didn't have the systems in place I do now. Big missed opportunity I know.
If you were fairly new to the industry, knowing what you know now, what areas would you focus on to become a better coach / run a better business
How much time per week would you give to lead gen on the gym floor?
When programming for clients, what are your thoughts on planning micro/meso/macro cycles? Or would you say its better to just plan for that initial 4-6 weeks for example then at the end of that plan the next 4-6 weeks based on what their competency levels are now at that point?
