This is a Live Replay from Instagram live due to my guests tech difficulties.

Female narcissists, like their male counterparts, can exhibit a range of behaviors characterized by a grandiose sense of self-importance, a constant need for admiration, and a lack of empathy for others. Some common behaviors of female narcissists include

1. **Excessive Self-Importance**: Female narcissists often have an inflated sense of self-importance and believe they are superior to others. They may exaggerate their achievements, talents, or abilities to garner admiration and validation from others.

2. **Manipulation and Exploitation**: They may manipulate and exploit others to achieve their own goals. This can include using charm, flattery, or deceit to manipulate people into doing what they want or exploiting others for personal gain.

3. **Lack of Empathy**: Female narcissists typically lack empathy and have difficulty understanding or caring about the feelings and needs of others. They may disregard or minimize the emotions of others, even those closest to them.

4. **Sense of Entitlement**: They often have a sense of entitlement and believe they deserve special treatment or privileges. They may expect others to cater to their needs and desires without considering the needs of others.

5. **Jealousy and Envy**: Female narcissists can be prone to jealousy and envy, particularly towards those they perceive as threats or rivals. They may feel threatened by the success or achievements of others and may seek to undermine or sabotage them.

6. **Superficial Relationships**: They may engage in superficial or transactional relationships, where they only value others for what they can provide to them. Genuine emotional connections are often lacking, and relationships may be used solely for personal gain or validation.

7. **Criticism and Blame**: Female narcissists may be quick to criticize and blame others for their own shortcomings or failures. They may have difficulty taking responsibility for their actions and may deflect blame onto others to protect their own self-image.

8. **Attention-Seeking Behavior**: They may engage in attention-seeking behavior to ensure they remain the center of attention in social situations. This can include boasting, bragging, or engaging in dramatic behavior to elicit admiration and validation from others.

9. **Intense Reactions to Criticism**: Female narcissists may have an intense reaction to criticism or perceived rejection. They may become defensive, angry, or even aggressive when their self-image is threatened.

10. **Difficulty Maintaining Long-Term Relationships**: Due to their selfishness, lack of empathy, and manipulative tendencies, female narcissists may struggle to maintain long-term, healthy relationships. Their behavior can strain relationships and lead to conflict and instability.

It's important to note that while these behaviors are common among female narcissists, not all individuals who exhibit these traits are narcissists, and the severity of these behaviors can vary among individuals. Additionally, narcissistic personality disorder exists on a spectrum, and not all individuals with narcissistic traits meet the criteria for diagnosis.
