What’s it really like to have lived experience with both bulimia and binge eating disorder (BED)? In this powerful episode, Dr. Marianne is joined by Registered Nutritional Practitioner Milda Zolubaite (@nutrition.path), who specializes in working with eating disorders. She shares her personal story of navigating life with co-occurring bulimia and BED. From the emotional chaos of swinging between restriction and compulsion to the mental toll of hiding such struggles, Milda brings raw honesty and deep insight.
We talk about how diet culture can fuel the idealization of thinness, making it even harder to recognize and treat complex eating disorder patterns. Whether you’re a provider, in recovery yourself, or just looking to better understand the lived realities of bulimia and BED, this episode will leave you feeling informed and inspired.
🎧 Hit play for a real, resonant look into the messiness and hope of recovery.
