There are so many relationships we have in this life. Relationships with people, money, food, exercise, etc. Today we're talking about how those relationships can be HEALTHY or toxic. We're taking an audit of our lives with this episode, recognizing where things have gotten toxic, and we're re-pointing our aim toward healing and health in all areas.
Description: Growth is good. Growth is fun. Stepping into our future selves is great. AND, we must remember to appreciate where we are today. These two steps – growing toward your future self and appreciating where you are today – go hand in hand. On this episode, I share how they fit together and why they're each important.
Life is hard. Everyday, we're required to do a lot. I spent a weekend in my hometown recently and reminisced as I drove past my high school. It sunk in just how many more responsibilities I have today, compared to what I had as a kid. I thought: "Life is hard, but organization sure does make it easier." This topic goes along with what I talk about in my workshop "Excess." You can grab the workshop here: https://paige-schmidt-llc.ck.page/2a5ff13a81 Enjoy the episode!
In this episode I interview Chelsea Connors, former therapist turned Certified Life Coach, on giving ourselves permission to change. She so beautifully speaks to the fear that comes up when we’re evolving into a future version of ourselves. She talks about the guilt we feel for wanting to change (wondering “why do I change my mind so much?”), she addresses making a life shift when you already feel established and rooted in what you’re doing now, and she gives the most beautiful analogy talking about changing your wardrobe and how that can feel. Such a great episode. You can find Chelsea on Instagram @chelseaconnors_ and join her Foundations of You Coaching Program at https://chelseaconnors.mykajabi.com/foundations-of-you
Join me for an episode where I chat with my aunts, Rhonda and Shelly, all about my mom Dottie and how she lived a life of non-judgement, patience, and love. She loved coffee, being with others, and never took things too seriously. I hope this episode leaves you feeling inspired to go out and share love with everyone in your life, because that is EXACTLY what my mom wanted.
In this episode I, Paige Schmidt, got to interview Talia Koren from Work Week Lunch. Talia talks about how she started the only meal planning subscription that is intuitive eating aligned. She answers how to meal plan as an intuitive eater, how meal planning is self-care (I love her perspective!) and what her experience has been stepping into the intuitive eating space as someone who does meal plans. Such an inspiring and helpful episode that I know you will love! Sign-up for Talia’s intuitive eating weekly meal plan subscription at https://workweeklunch.com/weekly-meal-plans/

Tune into this episode where I talk with Linda Hale, a personal friend and mentor of mine, all about her relationship with food (it’s so calm, authentic, and enjoyable!), how to say no (we walked through a role play), and how she helped me when I didn’t know how to step into my own confidence in my career (she taught me how to say “I’m a health coach”). Beautiful episode! If you’d like to check out the Monk Manual that Linda introduced me to, go here for $5 off: https://bit.ly/3rbzaHg

Social Media Breaks-why they are so necessary for our mental well-being! Last year, toward the start of COVID, I did something crazy: I crawled further into my quarantine cave and took a social media break. Not only was I not seeing friend regularly in-real-life (no IRL hangs for me!), I was also not seeing friends on social media. To be honest? It was the most refreshing break, and I can’t wait to tell you about it today, perhaps to inspire your own social media break.

I recently discovered my “Miracle Mom Morning”, which I gained inspiration from in the book, “The Miracle Morning”. This morning isn’t just for mom’s – it’s for everybody. These mornings are a time to pause and nurture ourselves – a time to move you forward into the ‘you’ you want to become.
In your own Miracle Morning, you decide each morning what will leave you feeling refreshed/accomplished/happy (whatever the desired emotions), what time you will wake up, and what works best for your current season of life. You will start your day off feeling amazing. Listen to this episode to hear my Miracle Mom Morning routine, and how you can start yours today!

In this week's episode, I talk about embracing imperfection in all things, and how I am working on this currently in my life. It is definitely challenging to embrace all the imperfections, so I want to create around conversation around this and how we can move forward to become who we want to be. I want us all to recognize our own power and know what we want in life and give ourselves permission to do that.
