Living With a Narcissist on the Weekend: Your Private Codependent Hell

Most people don't realize how difficult it can be to live with a narcissist or someone with NPD - and the weekends are the worst - because it offers up two uninterrupted days of gaslighting, manipulation, narcissistic rage and your own private hell.

In this video, I'll offer an example of a narcissistic abuse and gaslighting situation that happens on weekends in a toxic relationship, and I'll share some ideas on how to get through a weekend with a narcissist.
