  • Do you have a cycle of indulgences and utilizing Back on Track? and what that could mean
  • What language and conversation are you bringing to this process for yourself? Are you taking an active role?
  • Are you focusing too much on the scale? what changes are happening that you may not be noticing
  • If you are doing all the things and the scale is not moving, it may be time to investigate
  • Troubleshooting: Dig deeper, level up more, and investigate where you are at
  • When you go to your doctor to investigate, arm yourself with all the things that you are doing
  • Be your own biggest cheerleader
