Friendship and community are a huge part of why we launched this podcast so today we are going to be talking about loneliness - how our culture has become increasingly more lonely, what we can do to create awareness around that to improve our lives and how incorporating a third place into our routines can help combat that loneliness by giving us a sense of community.
