News flash: the only symptom of hormonal concerns is not lack of fat loss. Chances are you’re not being as consistent as you think, your portions are too big, or the scale is freaking lying to you.
The point is (and you’re going to roll your eyes, I know it) KEEP IT SIMPLE. Think for yourself, take care of yourself, eat for your health, and keep your body moving.
