School's OUT for summer! In this repeat episode from our very first year, we talk honest parenting, triggers, stress balls, how counselling spikes around August, the evils of facebook over the summer and SUPPORT as part of the all important self- care. As parents and carers it can be tough as well as lovely so join us in mutual trepidation as we plan for our hols this year.
