In this episode we discuss tips and tools from Kate's  fitness training sessions and how they translate into sobriety. The way we manage and monitor progress, reward ourselves, acknowledge our achievements in other areas of habit change and the way we manage pitfalls and setbacks are so important for how we view our success and at the end of the day, ourselves. As always we need to treat ourselves with self compassion and get the building blocks in place to give ourselves the best chance of success.
