In industry news, Volkswagen is coming out with a new line of EVs under the brand name Scout Motors. Rivian is teasing the new R2 that could have a starting price as low as $40K. The IHS launches full-size SUV crash testing as well as booster seat ratings.

Ditch the drive-through with bang-bang chicken skewers. Put two chicken breasts chopped into bite-sized pieces in a bowl, and toss with a half teaspoon of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt pepper, and a little olive oil. Put them on about five skewers and cook in your air fryer at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. For the sauce, mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, and a small amount of sriracha. Brush it over the cooked chicken.
