Every week day we take our lunch hour to take a break from the work day to hang out and talk about what it going on in the world of entertainment, sports and specifically CrossFit.  We are headed into the weekend and need it more this week than most.  Opening Day was yesterday and my Pirates blew a 3 run lead. and we will chat about whatever you all want to talk about.  Hopefully, today we will have Cat live with us as well.
