Mad Times With Madison

Lois Duncan was a famous thriller writer, writing books like I Know What You Did Last Summer and Killing Mr. Griffin. Her whole world changed when in 1987 her daughter Kaitlyn Arquette was murdered. Lois launched her own investigation after the police called it a random act of violence. She was convinced the murder was part of a cover up to protect an underground crime ring, but what if she was right?

Dorothea Puente seemed like your average old lady. She owned a boarding house where she cared for those people who needed it most, recovering drug or alcohol addicts, elders, and the mentally disabled. She worked in her garden, and was always getting new tenants. However, Dorothea's past was riddled with crime, and it seemed to still be following her wherever she went.

In 2004 Maura Murray packed up her dorm room, emailed her teachers and her boss that a family member died so she would be gone for the week (a family member did not die), packed up her essentials in her backpack and took off towards Vermont. After stopping a few places on surveillance, Maura crashed into a snowbank. A neighbor stopped to help her and then left to call for help. In the 10 minutes it took for police to get there, Maura seemingly vanished never to be seen again. This story is much larger than we're telling you today, it is full of very odd stories that all lead up to the biggest true crime mystery of all time.

Anna Delvey was born Anna Sorokin in Russia in 1991. In 2013 she moved to New York under the name Anna Delvey. From 2013 to 2017 Anna spared no expense, treating her friends to vacations, nights out, meals, gifts, and even attempted to start the Anna Delvey foundation with 25 million dollars. Which no one thought was odd because they thought she was a German Heiress trust fund baby. Except she wasn't, and she had no money.

Larry King was a teenager at E.O Green Junior High School. He had been out as gay since he was around 10 years old. When he was in junior high/high school he started dressing in high heels, womens clothing, and wearing makeup to school. This caused him to be bullied by the other boys. To combat the bullying he would poke fun at the other boys at school and tease them, specifically Brandon McInerney. This all came to a head on February 12th 2008.
