9:14pm – Q2 is off and running and we start the month (and quarter) off the best way possible, with a visit from our pal Malcom Reed from How To BBQ Right! Tonight Malcom and I will tackle a number of different topics to include a few of his latest recipes, an update on the buildout of his “Smokehouse” and we will talk a bit more in-depth on building an outdoor kitchen and what you should consider if this is a project you are going in on in 2023!

9:35pm – After Malcom, we are joined by the owner of Pitts and Spitts, Ryan Zboril. Tonight Ryan and I recap the 2022 year, what 2023 looks like for them and what new things they might be looking to bring to market. Did you know, at one point, P&S made and sold gas grills!! TRUE STORY! How does this experience help them as they move forward in the grill/BBQ pit space?
