When you get business organically from Google, life is good! Take it from someone who built their local real estate business on Google, nothing beats an organic (aka FREE!) lead who found you on Google! Obviously everyone wants to be found on Google whenever someone searches for a local real estate agent, but we can’t all be winners, now can we!? 

You can launch a website, blog your ass off for months, become a pro at SEO and paid traffic strategies (like Facebook Ads), which definitely pays off big after a period of time. OR… you can be found by accumulating a bunch of great Google reviews and “citations”. If you have one of the best “Google My Business” profiles in your local market, people will find your profile and reach out to hire you! But how do you do that?

In order to have a dominant local presence on Google, you need to follow a specific roadmap and develop a system. Every real estate agent should be asking their clients and referral partners for reviews, but a very very small few have a *system* to put that process on autopilot and make it much easier for the client to leave a review.
