If you say the wrong things, or say them the wrong way, you'll never attract as many buyers and sellers as you should be. On this week's episode, you'll learn what to never say in your marketing to potential clients.
Potential clients are judging us, in every way possible. As they should! They're always sizing us up to find out if they want to hire us as their real estate agent. Do we know what we're doing? Are we good at what we do? Will we be tolerable to spend the next month or more with? Can they trust us?
But if we want to be credible and trustworthy in the eyes of a potential client, then some things just cannot be said. This includes every single time they see a Realtor's posts, advertisements, emails, etc. Getting the messaging right, and keeping your credibility is key for any Realtor looking to build a long lasting local brand that consumers can trust.
