Hour 1:

The computer issues continue but we have a full show planned for tonight. Joining me in the first interview segment is friend of the show and host of the Sam Livecast, Sam Zien. We will talk about the change he made to his show, get some new recipes from him and possibly a little, dare I say, Kevin Roberts talk??

Around 9:35pm EST, Fred Bernardo of Tasty Licks BBQ joins me. Tasty Licks recently hosted a 3-Eyz BBQ class for the backyard cook. Fred will give us the recap on the class and also talk about some other hot topics.
