Hour 1:

Donny Bray, Pitmaster of Warren County Pork Choppers, joins me to talk about the team and their big win in Ocala, FL this past weekend at the Sam's Club Tour. donny will give us his take on how the cook went, how is meats turned out and what it felt like to walk the stage as Grand Champion. I will also ask Donny how he got in to competition BBQ and what his 2012 goals are.

Regular contributor to the show, About.com's Derrick Riches, joins me to talk about the HPBA Expo. Derrick attended this event and will give us a recap of his time there, what companies were in, what some of the new products are hitting the market and I will also ask him about his favorite parts of the show. This event is one of the biggest exhibitions of BBQ and Grilling equipment every year.

Hour 2:

Daniel Vaughn, creator of Full Custom Gospel BBQ, joins me to talk about his website and his BBQ journey. Daniel easily has one of the most substantial lists of BBQ joint reveiws anywhere on the internet. His quest for eating in and reviewing resaurants has earned him a book deal with Ecco and famed Chef Anthony Bourdain. We will get the scoop on the book and where some of his favorite places to eat are.

Closing out the show is regular contributor to the show, Malcom Reed. Tonight, Malcom will be helping us cover the fine art of BBQ catering. There are many things to take in to consideration and Malcom will hit all of the fine points with us tonight!
