Hour 1:

My first guest tonight (9:14pm EST) is a crowd favorite and a living BBQ legend.  He has authored a number of books, including his newest release, "Slow Fire" which was just released.  Ray "Dr. BBQ" Lampe will join me to talk about it as well as a number of other items on the BBQ docket.

At 9:35pm EST, Pitmaster of the Cancer Sucks Chicagocompetition team, Scottie Johnson, joins the show.  Scottie will give us a heads up on his foundation and talk about the state of competition BBQ as he sees it.

Hour 2:

At 10:14pm EST, Jim Shahin from the Washington Post joins me to talk about a number of different BBQ topics.  We will hit the Safeway BBQ Battle that takes place in DC, The BBq Hall of Fame and Season 3 of BBQ Pitmasters...and maybe more.  Read Jim's Smoke Signals blog by visiting the Washington Post.

At 10:35pm EST, monthly contributor to the show Scott Roberts, helps me close the show with his reviews on some new BBQ Sauce and rubs he has been disecting since the last time we talked to him.  He will also give us a brief update on the world of firey Foods.
