Rob and Paul's state-of-the-union run around Hampstead Heath on the first Tuesday of the month has become a Running Commentary tradition in 2022, although this is the first time the first point of business has been the state of Rob's caboose. Also featuring a report from Ivo Graham's 50k 'Machathon', spectacular trees and flowers, finally starting to really think about Race To The Stones, wandering down new paths on the Heath without getting lost, all kinds of shows - comedy and otherwise, and an anniversary.
