There are always some people we know in our lives who seem to have been dealt more than their fair share in life.

Meagan Nay is one of those people. When she was just 3 years old she lost her father, Robert, in a car accident. In 2009, on the eve of the Rome World Championships, the unthinkable happened, she lost her brother Amos, also in a car accident.

Turns out lightning can strike a family twice.

Megz is so open about her experiences during these difficult moments in her life and also in the challenges she faced in transitioning to life outside of swimming. But as we discuss she’s finding passion and purpose again, somewhere where she wasn’t sure she would and it’s a joy to watch her to grow and thrive!
