9:14pm – Last month when Meathead stopped by we talked about “combustion”. During that conversation we hit on charcoal and we realized that charcoal itself could be its own sub-topic and that’s what we are going to cover tonight. If you have any questions on charcoal, please send them into me and I will ask Meathead while he is on.

9:35pm – After Meathead, I will be joined by the contributing BBQ editor at Southern Living Magazine, Robert Moss. Last week Adrian Miller was in South Carolina doing a “rice junket” so I will test Robert’s rice IQ before getting into some BBQ topics. Tonight we will cover “The Unsung Black BBQ Cooks”, Texas BBQ side dishes, meeting up with Daniel Vaughn in person and much more!
