This meditation is for that moment when you feel like you're losing yourself - for when you are spiralling. My hope is that it meets you where you are and helps in that moment of slipping back into reactions and patterns and behaviours that you are trying to avoid. It happens to all of us. For me it feels like a tightening behind the eyes, a nervous dread in the stomach, a deep regret, shame even. Like I've let the monster back in the room. I want this meditation to give you a moment to remember who you are at your core and moreover, I want to congratulate you on catching yourself in the moment and not indulging it! That is most of the battle! So, take a breath, wherever you are and give yourself ten minutes to return to yourself. You are right there.
