Begin by finding a comfortable and quiet place where you can sit or lie down, undisturbed.

Imagine yourself standing at the entrance of a beautiful garden. 

You are here to retrieve your sense of wellness.

In this garden, you will find all the resources you need to feel balanced and rejuvenated.

Take a step forward and feel the soft grass beneath your feet. 

Look around and notice the vibrant colors of the flowers and the sweet fragrance that fills the air.

A friend once said, 

“Protect your peace,

I didn’t understand,
