This is one of my favourite times of year, when the world around us begins to visibly transform and the leaves change colour before they fall. Nature gently reminds us of the beauty in change and the power of letting go. In this meditation, we draw inspiration from her cycles, allowing ourselves to release what no longer serves and open to transformation with grace. ❤️
