Cydney Barber is the founder of Into Light, a sustainable emotion-based clothing company. We sat down with Cyd in person to explore multiple topics in the mental and physical health sphere - eating plant-based, 75 hard, matcha (obviously) boundaries, self-reflection, evaluating relationships, asking for help, meditation, breathwork, routines, hormones, dealing with your emotions, and more.
