I had such a powerful conversation with Ben, FDN-P—he’s the Founder of Keto Kamp and someone who’s helped thousands (maybe millions!) of people break free from what he calls “metabolic prison.” We talked about the kind of fat that really puts your health at risk, and why looking lean doesn’t always mean you're healthy.
