Michel joins us fresh from closing the doors on La Gavroche, his iconic two Michelin-starred restaurant in Mayfair, for the final time. He sits down with Kate to discuss some of his wildest stories working in the restaurant, why selling it was never an option, his decision to leave MasterChef, and what’s next after spending practically his entire life in the kitchen.
