Grains are higher again on Tuesday after lower than expected crop ratings seen Monday afternoon. Soybean meal is sharply higher again leading the soy complex while wheat and corn follow behind. Corn has been the weakest of the three on Tuesday. We also see livestock mostly lower and a little worry in the outside markets as this month's Fed meeting start today.
