This week, I use my golden sh*t shovel to dig deep into the eventful summer I've had in a minisode called, "Midlife Brain Yard Sale". This summer feels like it has been a chaotic and underboob sweat-filled hot mess and I'm ready to lay it all out. This summer has drained me, but when I find myself in the midlife brain fog/cluster, I remember the things that get me excited & creative to keep going on this midlife journey; this podcast & IG, my friends, online shopping and "light" exercise, so I don't need to wash my hair. Peeps, it's the end of summer and I'm selling all the rest of the "f*cks" I have left…and for pretty cheap too lol! What does your midlife brain yard sale consist of?
