Midlife Vitamins: What You Need, What to Skip, and Why

We'll start by discussing my current supplement regimen, including Vitamin D3 with K2, Vitamin C, B complex, Magnesium Glycinate, Creatine, BCAAs, Collagen, and Hydrobeef protein powder. I'll explain why I take each of these and how they might benefit women in midlife.

Next, we'll take a closer look at some key supplements: Omega-3 fatty acids, CoQ10, and Resveratrol.

We'll discuss their potential benefits and why they might be particularly relevant for women in this life stage. We'll also address the elephant in the room - calcium.

I'll explain why I've chosen not to include calcium supplements in my routine and discuss the current research and controversies surrounding calcium supplementation.

We'll touch on some trending supplements like Nutrafol, ARMRA Colostrum, and AG1, examining their claims and whether they might be worth considering.

Practical advice is on the menu too. We'll cover when to take certain vitamins, whether they need to be taken with food, and the different types of magnesium supplements available.
