Iñigo San Millan is a professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine where he does clinical and research work in cellular metabolism, especially in diabetes, cardiometabolic disease, and cancer. He is also the coach for the 2020 Tour de France Champion Tadej Pogačar. He is also the head trainer for the UAE cycling team.
