Mike grew up in the American mid-west, and and went on to study design as a practice of fine art. He discovered meditation in his 20's and found that it opened a profound door for him to understand his depression, sense of self, and the workings of his mind. In this conversation Joana and Mike discuss how this inner work seeps into his professional life of design, product development and market research.
