In this week's minisode, I'm talking about how important it is to be intentional with our time.

Life is short, time is precious. We all know this in theory. But...do we actually take it seriously and ensure that we're using our time in the best possible ways? Or are we, in fact, frittering much of it away on distractions that aren't really adding value to our lives?

Of course we're allowed to spend time scrolling on social media, or bingeing on Netflix; but should we perhaps be more mindful about spending more time on the things that will actually move the needle in the direction of the lives we want?
