We all know that sleep is important, but do we really understand how essential it is for us to get 7 - 9 hours' shut-eye per night?
As someone who prioritises sleep, I've listened to a fair few podcasts on the subject. This minisode takes some of what I've learned and condenses that information into about 15 minutes!
I talk briefly about some of the (scary) reasons we need to get serious about our sleep habits, and also about some of the things we can do right now to optimise our time in the land of nod.
