How much does our mind rule our physical experience? Does our story or belief about our body's performance play a bigger role in our healing? In my humble opinion I know it does, but I don't know how, and I don't know how I know... I just know. Harps and I discuss the evidence that we've seen, heard, and even experienced that tells us that mind over matter exists with academics such as Dr. Jeffrey Rediger dedicating their researching to learning more about the stuff we can't yet prove or understand.
